She and her husband also co-founded the Interior Refiners Network™, the pre-eminent organization of redecorators, with members across the United States and in Canada; Mexico; Scandinavia and Europe and they direct the IRN™ Decorator Training and Certification Programs.

The author of the best-selling books, Use What You Have Decorating, Trade Secrets From Use What You Have Decorating and Home Therapy: Fast, Easy Affordable Makeovers. Ward’s latest book, Downsizing Your Home With Style: Living Well in a Smaller Space, has just arrived at bookstores. A spokesperson for Bernhardt Furniture, Olympic (Pittsburgh) Paint and The Flower Promotion Organization, Ward is also a popular speaker throughout the U.S. at such venues as The Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.
