Joe and I marked our big 3-0 anniversary a couple of weeks ago by taking a trip to San Salvador to celebrate the milestone. What a beautiful, romantic island. Everywhere we turned there was vivid color; nowhere more than the sea. With miles and miles of turquoise water, I returned home itching to decorate a room in shades of aqua. Until then, I will enjoy the bright marine blue color of my new bathing suit.

The blues/greens are my favorite colors, having lived in Florida for so long and spending as much time as possible on any island that I can find! A visit to a place like this will make you want to redo your home and wardrobe. Meanwhile, the bathing suit is a great start!

Congrats! We will celebrate 28 years this weekend. I love the calming of blues also. I’ve said that my next color scheme would be blue & yellow, with white of course added in. Maybe next year?
