Clutter

For many people the most difficult thing when starting to refine their space is trying to determine what they should keep and what they should ‘get rid’ of.

If you are like most, an easy way to approach this dilemma is to ask yourself, if the item is used, needed or loved. If the answer is no, then the object can be considered clutter. Trying to live surrounded by too many unnecessary ‘things’ robs us of energy, and in the extreme, may cause depression. Letting go of these items will create a feeling of freedom and a literal burst of energy. Just think about how good it feels to clean out your closet, or even a junk drawer.

Donate those unneeded items: someone will want, need or love them.

Good Karma! Good design!
