For me, pale pink is the new black.

Recently, I’ve noticed that I’ve been recommending the palest shade of pink  – almost white – to lots of clients. I’ve been pairing pale pink with chocolate brown, pale pink with orange, pale pink with navy, pale pink with buttery yellow, pale pink with lime; even pale pink with chartreuse!

I still love and recommend lots of neutral colors, too. And, come to think of it, icy pink works beautifully with taupe, cream, mocha, khaki, black, charcoal and, of course, white.

Sofa pillows, slipcovers, table and bed linen, runners and place mats, artwork and fresh flowers – depending upon where you live, these are some of the places you can use a lot or a little of this fun hue. And, since it’s summertime, no matter where you are located, you might want to try a few pale pink accents in your home, too.
